Proof of concepts
Project and Project Tasks
Simple create PO against Project and/or project tasks. The hours in the PO will be deducted against that of the project tasks until 0.
Generate Sales Order against Purchase Order
In the other hemisphere, Sales Orders are created based on Purchase Orders. But it's shouldn't be difficult. It is for the same project though.
Breaking Good
Still strickly following Odoo's design. No breaking bad. Just breaking good.

Projects is where we start. Everything relating to PO, SO etc can be managed from here. After all, projects are our core business and they're all we care
Simplify Sale Order
Just click a button in the Project, a Wizard will show all orphanated PO which you can select to create Sale Order
Simplify Purchase Order
A button click away, uncompleted tasks will be shown upon which you can create a Purchase Order. One PO for one tasks, one PO for multiple task: no problem
